For founders and creators who want short-form video to bring them more attention, trust, and customers:

Go from “What do I even post?” to viral short-form videos that grow your business (without hiring an editor or becoming one yourself)

In this 2-hour live workshop, I’ll show you my AI-assisted Short-Form Sprint System I used to publish 64 videos and grow my Instagram from 0 to 30,000 followers in under 90 days. You don’t need an existing audience or confidence on camera to get started.

The Short-Form Sprint System

Grow your business with short-form video and vibe editing (even if you hate being on camera)

01

Stop cringing at every take.

Learn to use a script naturally and speak with confidence, so you can focus on your ideas instead of picking apart your voice.

02

Write scripts that keep people watching.

Learn a simple structure to hook people early, make your point clearly, and give them a reason to watch to the end.

03

Turn viewers into subscribers and customers.

Choose topics your future customers care about, then lead them to your newsletter, product, or service.

04

Vibe edit your videos with AI.

See how to brief an AI editor, use style references, and ask for revisions in plain English.

If you want videos that bring you subscribers and customers, this is the exact process I'd follow if I was starting again.

You already have knowledge and experience other people would love to hear about.

Video gives more people a chance to find you, trust you, and stick around.

But seeing the opportunity doesn't make it obvious where to start.

Maybe you have ideas, but don't know how to turn them into something people would watch.

Or you're wondering how you'd fit all of this around the business you already run.

Maybe you started posting but your voice sounded like a robot that was programmed with a horrible accent (I can relate, lol)

Maybe you went all out working on video all day only to get 200 views and a like from Mum.

That's exactly why I built this workshop.

You'll learn how to find topics people have already shown they care about, so you stop losing an hour to doomscrolling every time you need an idea.

Then you'll turn those ideas into scripts that hold people to the end and give them a reason to subscribe or reach out.

And I'll show you the couple of simple hacks that got me from robot voice to sounding relaxed on camera, like I'm talking to a friend.

You'll use AI for research and script feedback, so you spend less time gathering material and see which topics are worth making more of.

Then you'll have a clear AI-based recording and editing process to follow until the video is finished.

The whole point is to help you keep publishing without letting video take over your business.

I'm teaching the process in one live, two-hour workshop on Thursday, October 15, 2026.

You’ll have the recording and prompts from the workshop to help you practise on your own videos afterwards.

But first, let me tell you what finally convinced me to give video a proper shot.

I've bought several of Ole's products over the past year. Every one has moved my business forward. That pattern doesn't happen by accident. Ole takes genuinely complex material and makes it simple. Not dumbed down. Actually simple. The tools are practical. You use them the next day.

Ole Lehmann

Hey, I'm Ole.

I've built a seven-figure personal brand, almost entirely with text, as a guy who has always hated being on camera.

Over the last three years I tried to start video four separate times, and every attempt ended the same disappointing way.

I'd record for a couple of days, post one or two videos, get a couple hundred views and feel stressed af about it (my jaw would sometimes hurt from being too tense!).

English isn't my first language, and I always felt like my weird German accent would put me at a major disadvantage.

But then I went to San Francisco.

I ended up talking to a bunch of AI creators who had built most of their audiences through Instagram.

Some had audiences roughly the same size as mine on X, yet they were literally earning more than 10x as much through Instagram!!

It blew my mind. It probably sounds like a stupid outside motivator, but it was an effective one lol.

And the more I looked into why they were outearning…it made perfect sense.

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube have much bigger userbases than X. But I think the format itself is the bigger advantage.

Video lets people see your face, hear your voice, and get a real feel for your personality. After enough videos, they feel like they know you as a friend, and that trust makes them more likely to buy from you.

So I tried a fourth time. I spent an entire day on one video. Moved dusty lamps around the living room to find the right light, shot it, edited it, posted it.

200 views AGAIN.

Was I just bad on camera? Am I too old for this?? lol

I almost gave up. But I'd promised myself I'd stick with it for 90 days this time.

And that's when it clicked. I'd been working off a thousand unconnected guru tips and didn't have one proper system.

So this time I built the system first. Same steps and prompts for every video, from idea to posted, with an AI-guided review after every batch of 10.

And I handed the grunt work to AI. Once I started working on scripts with Claude Fable, things got a lot easier.

And I stumbled on a super simple bodywork thing to drop the tension on camera. Sounds woo-woo, I know, but it worked immediately (my jaw and gut finally relaxed lol).

The next week I posted a new video, turned my phone off, and spent Sunday with my son (I'm trying to do no-phone Sundays these days). I figured it'd do nothing again.

Monday morning I opened Instagram. The video got 100,000 views and brought in 2000 new followers.

I was hooked.

So I kept publishing, reviewed every batch, studied hundreds of successful videos, and even paid for expert help.

In under 90 days, I’d published 64 videos and grown to more than 35,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok combined.

Those videos have since generated over 5 million views and brought in 2,000+ newsletter subscribers. And I’ve since signed my first video sponsorship deals, at higher rates than I ever got for writing.

And I can record these from anywhere, on my own schedule, so there's always time for my family.

I shared my results online and people started asking how I'd done it so fast.

I've run workshops for 400+ non-technical founders before, so I did what I always do.

I put the whole system, plus all the expensive and embarrassing lessons, into one live 2-hour workshop.

At the September 8 snapshot, my first 10 Instagram videos had a baseline of about 2,100 views. My most recent 10 at that point were at about 12,800.

Even the lowest-viewed video went from 799 views in the first 10 to 4,452 in the most recent 10 at that snapshot.

So I put everything I learned, the process I worked out, plus all the expensive and embarrassing lessons, into one live 2-hour workshop.

We’ll follow the same order you will: find an idea, write and record it, edit it, publish it, then review what worked.

Inside the two-hour workshop

Here’s how it all fits together.

We’ll walk through the seven parts of the Short-Form Sprint System, so you know what to do from your first idea to your next batch of videos.

01

Find ideas people are already looking for

  • Study videos that are already getting a response in your niche, then bring your own experience and opinions to topics people have shown an interest in.
  • Rework knowledge and content you already have into video ideas. Start with subjects you know well, instead of trying to come up with something completely new.
  • Choose topics connected to a problem your newsletter, product, or service helps with, so viewers can see why they’d want to subscribe or work with you.
02

Write hooks and scripts that keep people watching

  • Write an opening that gives someone a reason to stop scrolling and hear what you have to say.
  • Structure the script so people stay to the end: decide what to say first, cut background and tangents that delay your point, and keep the explanation moving.
  • Finish with a next step that fits the topic, so someone who found the video useful knows why they’d want to follow, subscribe, or learn more about your work.
03

Record with confidence, even if you hate being on camera

  • Learn what helped me get more comfortable with my voice and accent, so you can get your idea across without rejecting every take over how you sound.
  • Follow a script without sounding like you’re reading it or trying to remember every word.
  • Copy my phone-and-headphones setup and learn which upgrades are worth considering later. You can start with the gear you already own.
04

Vibe editing just got good enough.

Around December 2025, vibe coding became good enough to build useful things just by describing what you wanted. I think vibe editing has had that same moment in the past few weeks.

I’ll walk you through a simple vibe-editing example with Codex or Claude and DaVinci Resolve. We’ll start with a few clips and a script, then let the agent:

  1. Sort and name the clips, using the transcript to pick the best takes.
  2. Find B-roll online to support what you’re saying.
  3. Use a reference video to guide the editing style.
  4. Assemble the clips and B-roll around your script.

I’ll show you how to choose a reference from a creator whose style you want to emulate, turn it into clear editing instructions, and ask for changes in plain English. You’ll have the prompts and recording to practise on your own footage afterwards.

Codex adds graphics and animation clips to a DaVinci Resolve timeline in a sped-up screen recording.
05

Use AI to cut the work behind each video

  • Use my prompts to study what’s working and research ideas, so you spend less time gathering material before you write.
  • Catch confusing lines and awkward wording before you record. I’ll show you how I use AI for script feedback while keeping my own opinions and way of speaking.
  • Find supporting material for your edit with my media-research prompts, and use AI to help analyze the results after publishing.
06

Reach viewers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

  • Create each video once and publish it across all three platforms. Give the same idea three chances to reach new people without making three separate videos.
  • Reuse topics from your written content in video, and turn video ideas back into written posts, so the research you’ve already done supports more of your content.
  • Post to all three platforms straight from Claude or ChatGPT.
07

Build on the videos that bring followers and subscribers

  • Track followers, newsletter signups, and customer interest alongside views, so you can see what happened after people watched.
  • Review each batch of 10 to decide which topics and formats to repeat, what to change, and what to stop.
  • Plan 30 videos in three batches of 10. Use what you learn from each batch to choose the next, rather than committing to a month of untested ideas.

Here’s everything
you’ll learn.

We’ll cover these topics in the live two-hour workshop, with practical examples you can apply to your own videos.

You’ll also get hands-on course materials to work through at your own pace after the workshop. Share them with your AI agent too, so it has the context to help you put what you’ve learned into practice.

Here’s what you’d pay to do this the old way.

If you hired a full-time scriptwriter and video editor in the U.S., the salaries alone would look something like this:

Scriptwriter

Researches your ideas, writes the hooks, and turns them into scripts that sound like you.

$5,000/month

Video editor

Turns your recordings into finished videos, with cuts, captions, and supporting footage.

$5,000/month

Illustrative U.S. full-time salaries based on general role benchmarks, before taxes and benefits. Actual rates vary. Sources: Scriptwriter · Video editor.

That’s around $10,000 a month in salaries alone.

That’s actually what goes on behind the scenes for a lot of the most popular creators you follow on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. There’s a ton of work that goes into those videos, and I personally know many creators who spend this much on their teams every month.

And you’d still need to explain your voice, send over footage, and wait for each round of revisions.

In this workshop, I’ll show you my process for finding ideas, writing scripts, and vibe editing your videos with Codex or Claude and free DaVinci Resolve.

So you can start publishing high-quality videos at high volume without hiring a scriptwriter and editor first.

I WANT THAT

Ole’s Obviously Awesome Guarantee

There are a lot of people shilling crappy short-form video courses right now.

You’ve seen them.

So I understand the skepticism.

I’m not one of them.

400+ founders have been through my workshops and rated them 4.8 out of 5 stars.

So here’s the deal: attend the workshop and put the Short-Form Sprint System to work. If it isn’t what you expected, email me within 48 hours of the workshop and I’ll refund every cent.

No hoops, no “are you sure you want to leave?” call, no questions asked.

And you keep every script and video you’ve created.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

How many followers can I expect?

Your results will depend on your niche, your ideas, your execution, and where you’re starting from. I can’t guarantee a follower count. I’ll show you how I used the process and reviewed each batch to decide what to try next.

Do I need an existing audience?

No. I started my Instagram account at zero and deliberately never shared the new profiles with my existing audience. I wasn’t sending followers over from my other channels.

Instagram and TikTok show your videos to new people, even when your account is brand new.

What if I hate being on camera?

I’ll show you what helped me relax on camera, get more comfortable with my voice and accent, and use a script naturally. You’ll see practical techniques you can try when you record.

Can I use this system without appearing on camera?

Yes. You can use it for screen recordings, tutorials, B-roll videos, and other formats without a talking head.

Your own opinions and judgment still need to guide the content. The filming sections will be less relevant if you never plan to appear on camera, and the workshop does not cover fully automated AI-avatar channels.

Do I need expensive equipment?

No. A recent phone is enough. I’ll show you my low-cost setup and which upgrades are worth buying later.

Do I need to hire an editor?

No. The workshop includes a practical introduction to vibe editing so you can start handling more of the work yourself. We’ll walk through a simple edit, and you can use the prompts and recording to practise afterwards. If you decide to hire later, I’ll also explain how I find, test, and brief editors.
